Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) has Going to announce Employment Notification for Lecturers in Government Degree Colleges in A.P. Collegiate Education Service. The proforma Application will be available on Commission’s Website www.psc.ap.gov.in or (www.appscapplications17.apspsc.gov.in)
Before applying for the post, an applicant shall register his/her bio-data particulars through One Time Profile Registration (OTPR) on the Commission Website viz., www.psc.ap.gov.in. or http://appscapplications17.apspsc.gov.in Once applicant registers his/her particulars, a User ID is generated and sent to his/her registered mobile number and email ID. Applicants need to apply for the post using the OTPR User ID through Commission’s website.
The Commission conducts Screening test in Off – Line mode in case applicants exceed 25,000 in number and main examination in On-Line mode for candidates selected in screening test. If the screening test is to be held, the date of screening test will be communicated through Commission’s Website. All desirous and eligible applicants shall apply Online after satisfying themselves that they are eligible as per the terms and conditions of this recruitment notification. The details are as follows

Age Limit – No person shall be eligible for direct recruitment if he/she is less than 18 years of age and if he/she is more than 42 years

Educational Qualifications
Junior Lecturers in various – A second class P.G. Degree in (M.A. or M.Sc., or M.Com., OR B.A.(Hons.) or B.Sc.(Hons.) or B.Com. (Hons.) in the relevant subject/language with a minimum of 50% marks in P.G. Degree Exmination as recognised by the U.G.C.
Junior Lecturers in CIVICS Subject Only – A second class P.G. Degree in Politics or Political Science or Public Administration with a minimum of 50% marks or its equivalent as recognised by the U.G.C.
Fee – Applicant must pay Rs. 250/- towards application processing fee and Rs 120/- towards Examination Fee.
Procedure Of Selection – The Selection Of Candidates For Appointment To The Posts Will Be Made In Two Successive Stages Viz (i) Written Examination (Objective Type) And (ii) Oral Test in the shape of Interview only for those qualified as per Rules
Centers For The On-Line Examination – The Examination will be held at Vijayawada or Guntur only. However the Commission reserves the right to allot the applicant to any centre, duly creating a new center for administrative reasons of examination depending on the availability of the resources like centres / systems.
