Name of the Post – Assistant Inspector of Fisheries In A.P. Fisheries Sub-Service
Age Limit – Minimum Age 18 years and Maximum Age 42 Year
Educational Qualification – Must possess: (i) (ii) (iii) (iv) (v) A Post Graduate Diploma in Fisheries Technology awarded by the State Board of Technical Education and Training; OR A Diploma in the Fisheries Technology and Navigation of Polytechnic in the State or any other equivalent qualification; OR A certificate indicating successful completion of the course of Inland or Marine Fisheries Classes conducted by Government of India; OR B.Sc., Degree of a University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, Provincial Act or State Act or an Institution recognised by the University Grants Commission in the subject, in respect of which recruitment is made, with Zoology as Main or Subsidiary subject or any other equivalent qualification. (1) B.F.Sc., or (2) B.Sc., (FZC) (3) B.Sc., (Fisheries)
Fee – Applicant must pay Rs. 250/- (Rupees two hundred and fifty only) towards application processing fee and Rs 80/- (Rupees eighty only) towards examination fee. 9.2. However, the following categories of candidates are exempted from payment of examination fee Rs.80/- only.
Online Payment of Fee – (i) The fee mentioned in the above paragraph is to be paid online using Payment, gateway using net banking/ credit card / debit card. The list of banks providing service for the purpose of online remittance of fee will be available on the website. (ii) The fee once remitted shall not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances. Failure to pay the examination fee and application fee (in non-exempt case) will entail total rejection of application. (iii) IPOs / Demand Drafts are not accepted. (iv) In case of corrections Rs.100/- per correction will be charged. However changes are not allowed for name, fee and age relaxation
Selection Procedure – Appearance in all the papers of computer based examination / Main examination is compulsory. Absence in any of the papers will automatically render the disqualification of the candidature
